Our Service Department understands quality performance does not end when the sale is made. Our staff includes an experienced customer service coordinator, service manager, and factory-certified technicians dedicated to service.

We respond to new concerns by conducting an on-site inspection, qualifying issues, and scheduling a certified service technician visit. Our service team will review your concerns, determine parts needed to complete the job, and suggest a plan of action.

We maintain a large inventory of parts and supplies. However, practically all our windows and doors are custom-made, and occasionally replacement materials must to be specially ordered from the factory.

Most times we can resolve a concern on the first contact by providing warrantied parts. More complex issues may require a further jobsite visit to inspect product-related concerns, and make warranty repairs. In either event, we will be satisfied only when our customers are satisfied.

Installation

We are a full service window and door company. This means we not only provide quality window and doors, but also deliver, install and service the products we sell. We also provide our services all over the country, especially in and around the North East. Installation and maintenance of our windows and doors can be purchased as a package if requested. It is strongly recommended that North Shore Window & Door complete MQ or Fleetwood window installations. This ensures that these custom windows are installed properly by our professional service staff. It also means that we provide on-site service, whether or not your products are covered by the manufacturers Warranty. Please ask about one of our maintenance programs, if there are any non-Warranty issues that require adjustment or correction. Most concerns however, are serviced under the manufacturers Warranty.
