Our Service Department understands quality performance does not end when the sale
is made. Our staff includes an experienced customer service coordinator, service
manager, and factory-certified technicians dedicated to service.
We respond to new concerns by conducting an on-site inspection, qualifying issues,
and scheduling a certified service technician visit. Our service team will review
your concerns, determine parts needed to complete the job, and suggest a plan of
action.
We maintain a large inventory of parts and supplies. However, practically all our
windows and doors are custom-made, and occasionally replacement materials must to
be specially ordered from the factory.
Most times we can resolve a concern on the first contact by providing warrantied
parts. More complex issues may require a further jobsite visit to inspect product-related
concerns, and make warranty repairs. In either event, we will be satisfied only
when our customers are satisfied.
